Joy
Joy is such a small word! I'm reminded of "comfort and joy" when I hear it sung in that old Christmas
carol. What a blessing it is to be in the state of "comfort" and experiencing the "joy" of the moment.
When it happens to you are you even aware of it? We take such small things for granted until we are uncomfortable and
unhappy with the present situation and then we tend to complain and gripe and make our feelings known to others! Misery
does love company. Be mindful of the comfort you have, loving relationships, a warm home and bed to sleep in, abundant
food on the table, peace and security. Joy is a state of mind. Comfort is a condition to experience. Life
will always have its ups and downs. When you find yourself in comfort and joy be grateful. Peace to
you and may you always have joy!

Procrastination is the enemy of us all. Truly, half the battle
is just beginning! Pick one thing that you can do, today. Accomplish one task today that will give
you that satisfying feeling of one less thing waiting to be done. You will feel empowered to go on to the
next task.
Unwavering belief is a belief so strong that it stands up against
challenges. Sometimes other people, believing they are being helpful, will try to persuade us to be realistic, meaning
we shouldn't aim too high. Successful people keep their goals high and their expectations inline. Successful
people are practical dreamers, with dreams they figure out how to make come true.
M. Scott Peck said, "The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply
uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely
to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers."
