Surrender Your Negative Self-Talk
What kind of things do you tell yourself about you everyday?  "I'm not good enough, I'm not smart, I'm fat, I can't, I don't know how........."  If this sounds like you then stop and take a deep breath.  Now, realize that you have been lying to yourself.  You are perfect just the way you are because there is no one else like you and so there is no one else to compare yourself to. Stop trying so hard.  You were created for a purpose all your own.  Stop struggling with self-confidence and believe in yourself.  Surrender your negative thoughts and statements and replace them with positive ones.  Affirm the things that you do well, admire the qualities about you that you do like.  Count your blessings, have gratitude for all that makes you unique.  God has an awesome plan for your life that is more exceedingly abundant than you can ever imagine!  You can't trash yourself without slamming the one who created you.

Procrastination is the enemy of us all.  Truly, half the battle is just beginning!  Pick one thing that you can do, today.  Accomplish one task today that will give you that satisfying feeling of one less thing waiting to be done.  You will feel empowered to go on to the next task.

Unwavering belief is a belief so strong that it stands up against challenges.  Sometimes other people, believing they are being helpful, will try to persuade us to be realistic, meaning we shouldn't aim too high.  Successful people keep their goals high and their expectations inline.  Successful people are practical dreamers, with dreams they figure out how to make come true.

M. Scott Peck said, "The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled.  For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers."
