Courage
Where does courage come from?  How is it possible that from time to time we seem to have the hugh amount of inspiration or impulse or anger to accomplish a great feat in our lives that under other circumstances we would never attempt?  We make our world so small. Courage comes from the desire to make our world expand!  Sometimes we muster courage when we have just plain  "had enough" of the same old thing!  We know that life can be so much fuller and meaningful and wonderful and interesting BUT...Why do we allow so many things to hold us back?  It takes courage sometimes to just get out of bed and put one foot in front of the other.
You were created to need freshness! You were created with curiosity and imagination and ability!
Restlessness comes from familiarity with our environment and our daily day to day living.  People are depressed because they think "this is all there is" to a life!  Have the courage to try something new today and shake up your world a little.  Take a different road or path, visit with someone you have been putting off, go see something new!  Take courage!

Procrastination is the enemy of us all.  Truly, half the battle is just beginning!  Pick one thing that you can do, today.  Accomplish one task today that will give you that satisfying feeling of one less thing waiting to be done.  You will feel empowered to go on to the next task.

Unwavering belief is a belief so strong that it stands up against challenges.  Sometimes other people, believing they are being helpful, will try to persuade us to be realistic, meaning we shouldn't aim too high.  Successful people keep their goals high and their expectations inline.  Successful people are practical dreamers, with dreams they figure out how to make come true.

M. Scott Peck said, "The truth is that our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled.  For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers."
